Available Shifts: Week Nights 5pm to 7m and Weekends All shifts (6-12 hours)

Position Type: Full Time, Part Time or PRN/Stat - working to serve Adults and Pediatrics

The design of the Sprout Pediatrics Home Healthcare program is to focus on the unique needs of our pediatric clients, their families and care professionals. Advocacy and family teaching start on day one when you choose Recover Health. The RN and or LPN Nurse ensures that services are provided according to the Plan of Care, licensing guidelines, professional medical standards and agency policies and procedures. This position requires the use of clinical judgement while supporting client safety protocols, caregiver training, and care collaboration.

Professional Responsibilities of the Hourly Skilled Nursing RN or LPN

•Maintains clinical record documentation according to agency policy and procedures and state/federal regulations

•RN - Strong assessment skills

•LPN - Proficient in observation and monitoring of client clinical status

•Strong organizational skills

•Ambition to grow and advance clinically in independent setting

•Deliver compassionate care to clients and clients' family (training, on-site supervision)

•Ensure effective implementation of client services through the timely completion of required documentation as well as the timely transfer of pertinent medical data to the Nursing Supervisor, the client's physician, therapists, nursing team, or other caregivers


•Current RN or LPN license in the applying state

•Proactive approach to home health care management demonstrating leadership skills at all time

•Must be able to lift, turn, position and transfer up to 50 pounds of weight

•Prior nursing experience desired not required, preferably in acute cares, home health care, or public health services to help support the clinical demands
