Innovative Senior Care, part of Brookdale Senior Living, has an outstanding opportunity for a LPN at our upscale, retirement communities.
Our LPNs have a current Medicare Home Health experience. The position does require a weekend & holiday rotation.
This is a full time, hourly position with Medical, Dental & Vision benefits that start day one! We also have a great compensation package!
