Position Title: Clinical Manager Department: Business Operations Reports to: Vice President of Operations
Position Summary: The Clinical Manager is directly responsible to the Administrator/ President and is responsible for all aspects of patient care, all activities of professional staff and health personnel, and shall be responsible for compliance with regulatory issues. Consults with staff, physicians, management team on problems and interpretation of organization policies to ensure patient and family needs are met. Is an active participant in formulating and maintaining the departmental budget. Reviews operating results of entire organization and ensures the operation of branch offices. Compares these to established objectives and takes steps to ensure that appropriate measures are taken to correct unsatisfactory results. The Director/Branch Supervisor must be a full-time, salaried employee.

EDUCATION : Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, BSN preferred or Business Degree
EXPERIENCE: A minimum of five (5) years working in the health care industry - with a minimum of two (2) years working in home health and management. Be of reputable character and professionalism within the community. REQUIRED SKILLS:
PREFERRED SKILLS: ▪ Effectively communicate and demonstrate business sense in relation to the industry and growth of the organization. ▪ Ability to recruit and promote the organization needs.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS ▪ Ability to lift and transport a minimum of 25 lbs. ▪ Ability to travel to branch locations periodically.
