Providence is looking for a RN-Manager Home Health to answer the call.
The RN Manager of Home Health Clinical Services provides leadership to coordinate and administer efficient and effective delivery of interdisciplinary care to the patient in the home. This includes responsibilities in ongoing operations, and fiscal accountability for select components of departments operating budget. In conjunction with supervisors develops and implements all policies and procedures for Home Health, both department specific and those that apply to Home Services. Facilitates collaborative working relationships within Home Health and programs within Home Services.
REQUIREMENTS Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing required. Licenses/Certifications: Current Nursing License for the state of Oregon. Requires a valid drivers license, auto liability insurance and reliable transportation. In compliance with the Providence Health & Services-OR Human Resources policy #302 Background Checks, a criminal background check is required for this position, based on assigned duties. Experience: Minimum of three years management or administration experience and three years medical/surgical nursing required. Preferred: Masters in Nursing or related Health Care field preferred.
