Manager, Home Health Rehab Services Greenville Hospital System University Medical Center Greenville, SC
Accountable for the coordination and provision of therapy services to home health patients. Supervises physical therapists, speech language pathologists (speech therapists), and occupational therapists in the home health agency. Manager may provide therapy services specific to his/her discipline directly. Insures that all therapy and social work services are provided in accordance with accepted standards of professional practice and the policies and procedures of the Greenville Hospital System University Medical Center.
Master's Degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Language Pathology with (5) years experience in the Therapy Discipline, including supervisory or management experience, current SC Licensure in profession (or eligible to receive prior to hire), valid Driver's License, and current auto liability certification required. Home health experience preferred.
Salary commensurate with experience, but no less than $75,400. Relocation assistance provided. Apply to:
