Maxim’s office in Temecula is seeking compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) to care for patients in Temecula, Perris, Sun City, Lake Elsinore, Hemet, and Menifee, CA. Currently, all shifts are available on Full Time or Part Time schedules. Interested candidates are required to have one year of both Trach and G-Tube experience. For qualified candidates our Temecula office is pleased to arrange for Ventilator (once per quarter) and CPR (once per month) training. We are seeking skilled Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) to work within our clients’ homes providing direct patient care. Following a physician established plan of treatment and working under the supervision of the Director of Clinical Services, our Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) instruct patients and their families in proper treatment, help individuals and groups take steps to improve or maintain health. As a Maxim LVN you will assess and record symptoms and/or reactions and progress in patients, administer medications and assist in rehabilitation in accordance with the physician established plan of treatment. Maxim believes that qualified nurses are advocates and health educators for patients, families and communities. Qualifications: Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered state license to practice as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)
- Minimum one (1) year of nursing experience required with home health experience preferred
- Current CPR certification
- Copy of updated Physical, based on state requirements
- Copy of updated TB results/ Chest x-ray
- Reliable transportation
