Maxim Healthcare Services’ Hartford, CT office is seeking qualified Physical Therapists for homecare opportunities in the Middletown, Manchester, Cromwell, Hartford, East Hartford and West Hartford, CT areas. Currently all shifts are available on a Per Diem basis. Maxim welcomes all candidates who have a least one year of experience as a Physical Therapist. We are seeking physical therapists to formulate a plan of treatment and to assist patients with various mental and physical disabilities. Physical therapists will provide services that will help restore function, improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent or limit permanent physical disabilities of patients suffering from injuries or disease. The ultimate priority of our physical therapists is to restore, maintain, and promote overall fitness and health. Qualifications: Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered state license to practice as a Physical Therapist (PT)
- Minimum one (1) year of PT experience required with homehealth experience preferred
- Current CPR certification
- Copy of updated Physical, based on state requirements
- Copy of updated TB results/ Chest x-ray
- Reliable transportation
