Maxim’s office in Westminster is currently seeking compassionate Physical Therapists (PT) and Occupational Therapists (OT) for homecare assignments in the greater Denver area. Currently, Day and Evening shifts are available on a Part Time or Per Diem schedule. We are seeking physical therapists to formulate a plan of treatment and to assist patients with various mental and physical disabilities. Physical therapists will provide services that will help restore function, improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent or limit permanent physical disabilities of patients suffering from injuries or disease. The ultimate priority of our physical therapists is to restore, maintain, and promote overall fitness and health.
We are also seeking an Occupational Therapist to help patients with physical, mental, or environmental disabilities learn how to perform daily tasks on their own. As a Maxim OT you will improve patient’s basic motor functions and reasoning abilities and help clients have independent, productive, and satisfying lives as well assist with learning to compensate for permanent loss of function. Qualifications: Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered state license to practice as a Physical Therapist (PT)/ Occupational Therapist (OT)
- Minimum one (1) year of PT/OT experience required with homehealth experience preferred
- Current CPR certification
- Copy of updated Physical, based on state requirements
- Copy of updated TB results/ Chest x-ray
- Reliable transportation
