Interim HealthCare, Tucson's oldest home health company, is looking for per-diem Social Workers to cover the greater Tucson area. Prior Home Health experience preferred, but not required.
The MSW will work in conjunction with our nursing and therapy teams to assess psychosocial needs, identifing community needs when necessary, and assessing for depression in patients with chronic disease.
