Demonstrate your commitment to healthcare excellence by becoming a CHAP Site Visitor. Under the direction of the Regional Director of Professional Services the Site Visitor conducts home health and hospice accreditation site visits in accordance with CHAP Standards of Excellence.
QUALIFICATIONS
Position is per diem, requires a commitment of 10 days per month, and involves extensive travel by air or by car. Qualified applicants are invited to submit their resume to hr@chapinc.org.
