Innovative Senior Care, part of Brookdale Senior Living, has an outstanding opportunity for a RN to serve as the Assistant Director of Hospice Professional Services for our Denver network. Candidate must have minimum of 5 years Hospice experience with leadership.
The ADPS (RN) candidate will be responsible for the oversight and coordination of the RNCMs and be operational support for the DPS. They should also be knowledgeable of HH regulations and have a strong background in a Medicare Certified HH Agency as well as years of Hospice experience. The ADPS is responsible for the delivery of services across care teams, ensuring care is coordinated as ordered, complying with company standards as well as state and federal guidelines.
