SITE VISITOR
Travel nationwide to conduct home health and hospice accreditation site visits in accordance with CHAP Standards of Excellence. Provide clarification, verification and quantification of site visit findings. Complete electronic report and submission of visit findings. Participate in scheduled CHAP meetings and collaborate with other team members. Position is per diem, requires a commitment of 10 site visit days per month, and involves extensive travel by air or by car. Reports to regional directors in Washington, DC.
