Responsible to provide medically prescribed, goal oriented therapy in accordance with the Physician Plan of Care, company policies, and professional Standards of Practice. At least one year or more work experience in physical therapy in a multidisciplinary setting is preferred. Knowledge of principles, concepts, and methodology of physical therapy appropriate for terminally ill patients. Excellent communication skills, and ability to develop and maintain rapport with clients and families. Job Specific Details: PRN contract Physical Therapist for approx. 1-5 visits per month.
