United Hospice Of Coastal Carolina in New Bern, NC has an immediate opening for their RN Case Manager PRN SUMMARY OF DUTIES: Looking for a productive, energetic RN, EXPERIENCED IN HOSPICE. Duties are to be responsible for case management of all current hospice patients. Must be organized and able to manage time effectively. EDUCATION: Current state license as RN. EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 1 years nursing experience, 3 years preferred. Hospice and/or home health experience is a MUST!! SKILLS: Excellent oral and written communication skills. Must have good verbal and written skills. Must possess good assessment and documentation skills.
