Heartland Hospice of Norman has an opening for Director of Nursing. The Director of Nursing is responsible for the overall clinical operation of the hospice agency. Key responsibilities involve budgetary, management, leading the activities of the nursing team, providing clinical direction, and ensuring growth and profitability of the agency. Our candidate will possess the ability to work well with an interdisciplinary team to ensure quality levels consistent with professional standards and goals. Minimum of one year experience in providing medical, oncology, home health care, or hospice nursing preferred. (This may be higher by state specific regulation.)
