Bayada Nurses is changing the face of home care in Caldwell and Catawba County. We need RNs and LPNs to build our STAT teams. STAT teams are the equivalent of Float Pools in the hospital, except you'll have the benefit of working one-on-one in the home with your clients. You will receive premium pay for your high-tech trach/vent skills and short notice coverage. Having these trained and experienced teams on stand-by helps ensure that our clients are well cared for. This pool of nurses helps us provide care when we have short notice call outs. These unique teams of nurses also help bring home new cases from the hospital. This team can also lend their experience and expertise to other offices in the surrounding areas such as Charlotte, Hickory, Morganton, and Asheville. All travel expenses covered for travel and overnight stays. This is a perfect opportunity to supplement your full time position; a great way to gain some new skills and earn some extra money! Work as much or as little as you like...weekends, nights, or days. Only commitment required is to work once every 90 days to remain active.
