RN Hospice Clinical Leader
Seeking Full time RN clinical leader with advanced practice skills. Must have current Ohio license and be Certified Hospice and Palliative care Nurse with 3-5 years of hospice experience. The position requires strong leadership/coaching abilities, excellent communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary environment. Knowledge of hospice in long term care preferred. RN Clinician role includes active case management and on call responsibilities.
