Flexibility, one on one care and making a difference in patients lives... Heartland Hospice a subsidiary of HCR ManorCare, is currently searching for RN's on a PRN basis to provide clinical care to their patients in their homes. Our patients are located in Davenport and the surrounding areas. We are open to schedules and have openings during the week day hours, evenings, nights and weekends. Responsible for the delivery of skilled nursing care and supportive services within the scope of the nurse's education and experience. Compliance with Heartland Corporate Standards and local, state, and federal laws, in an institutional setting, within the policies of the institution. Supplements nursing care of clients. 100% travel on a daily basis. A minimum of six months nursing experience within the past three to five years. Evidence of completion of a refresher program can be accepted in lieu of this recent experience requirement. Must be able to pass RN/LPN/LVN test with a score of at least 80% on clinical competancy test.
