Maxim Healthcare Services' local branch is currently seeking a Supervisor of Clinical Services (SCS) to be directly responsible for clinical operations of the Maxim Healthcare office. The SCS is responsible for initiating and maintaining compliance with all Federal, State, local and accrediting bodies' regulations, ensures compliance with Maxim policy and procedures, and maintains compliance with all reimbursement guidelines. The DOCS/SCS shall have primary authority and responsibility for maintaining the quality of clinical services. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Identifies clinical program needs and presents them to the DOCS/SCS, Accounts Manager, Administrator and Regional Director of Clinical Services Ensures coordination and management of all services rendered to patients and families by direct service staff under his/her supervision Maxim Healthcare Services is one of the leading providers of medical staffing, home health and wellness services in the United States.
