Bayada Nurses, Home Care Specialists, has Per-Diem openings for Licensed Physical Therapists in the Newton Area or Boston Area in our recently opened Newton Visits Office. In this position, the Physical Therapist will be responsible for conducting initial assessments, developing and implementing a plan of care, communicating with the physician and other Bayada health care team members, obtaining physician orders as needed, reevaluating client's progress and revising/updating the plan of care, maintaining current clinical notes and records, participating in team conferences, and meeting requirements of the employment track.
