FULL-TIME HOME HEALTH VISIT NURSE POSITION IN LOS ANGELES PROVIDING HOME HEALTH WITHIN BEAUTIFUL, UPSCALE RETIREMENT COMMUNITIES AND IN THE GENERAL COMMUNITY! Innovative Senior Care, part of Brookdale Senior Living, has an outstanding opportunity for a full time Home Health Visit RN to provide services in our upscale living communities located in and around the Los Angeles/ area as well as in the general community. Together with the other members of the healthcare team, you will provide a high level of nursing care to our residents. Location: Gardens of Hillsborough Village, Nohl Ranch Inn, Inn at the Park * Must be a Registered Nurse in good standing in the state of CA. * Recent Home Health experience a must. * Must be proficient in Medicare, OASIS C and PPS. * Must have strong coding skills. * Solid ability to interact and build relationships with older adults. * Strong organizational and analytical skills. |
