Executive Director/Administrator
Assume 24/7 responsibility for strategic, administrative and operational leadership for our growing agency. Apply current market knowledge, technical and clinical skills to ensure the effective use of all resources; lead and maintain a team that works efficiently to meet the Agency's high standards and all regulatory requirements (JCAHO, Medicate, state, etc.); and manage a forward-thinking QI program. You will also contribute to fiscal and strategic plans, conducting ongoing assessments/audits, and overseeing human resources and accounting functions.
A Bachelor's degree in Nursing, 5-7 years of progressive nursing experience in an acute care/home health setting, and 3-5 years' experience managing a multi-disciplinary team is required. A history of accomplishment leading quality initiatives and assessing the clinical skills of others is essential, as is current knowledge of Medicare and home health regulatory environment.
