Innovative Senior Care, part of Brookdale Senior Living, has an outstanding opportunity for a Therapy Manager (PT or OT) for our in-house therapy services being provided at the upscale North Bay Retirement located in Smithfield, RI. This community is a CCRC with approximately 130 residents. The Inpatient Coordinator will oversee the operations within the the on-site Skilled Nursing Facility, which has 60 medicare certified beds. Functions under physicians' orders. Adheres to applicable principles and practices of Physical or Occupational or Speech Therapy, Innovative Senior Care policies and procedures and state regulations and code of conduct. In conjunction with the Director of Rehabilitation, supervises inpatient Physical Therapists / Assistants, Occupational Therapists / Assistants, Speech Therapists and Aides. Is responsible for inpatient program development.
Recommended Minimum Position Qualifications: 1. Bachelor of Science or Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy/Physical Therapy
