Executive Director – Home Health & Hospice Req# 37564 Albuquerque, NM
Assures mission, goals and strategy of PHS are being met via strategic planning, operational management, and financial accountability. Services offered: Home Care, Telehealth, Palliative, Hospice, Hospital at Home, Baby Steps Early Intervention Program. Total average daily census: approximately 1250.
Requires RN or Physician, Master’s degree in field that supports the accountabilities of the position or equivalent experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, as well as, 5 – 8 years experience in related area.
