Innovative Senior Care by Brookdale Senior Living (ISC) has a full time Business Office Manager position available in our Los Angeles network home health office. 

Immediate Opening:  Home Health Business Office Manager
Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Los Angeles Home Health Network - 18700 Burbank Blvd, Tarzana, CA 91356

Responsibilities:
* Direct management and supervision of the ISC Business office and all billing and payroll processes within the department. 
* Monitoring efficiency levels within the business unit
* Assuring prudent financial resource utilization
* Assists in developing and implementing annual budget
* Assists in performing orientation for all new employees


Requirements:
* Minimum of one year of recent Home Health experience required
* Knowledge of Medicare and Oasis required
* Minimum of one year experience in management role required
* Associate's Degree preferred
* Computer skills with Microsoft programs as well as specialized software
* Ability to multitask
* Positive attitude and flexibility are essential
