TCG is currently seeking a Director of Consulting Services. The position may be based in San Francisco, Kansas City, or a remote home-office.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Develop and maintain client relationships to identify ongoing client needs and generate new and repeat consulting opportunities
- Follow-up on assigned leads and prepare proposals and budgets to support sales activities
- Serve as Project Manager for active client projects. Oversee projects from start through completion: ensure adherence to scope of work and budget; secure client fee income; oversee Associate activities and contract compliance; and monitor and promote client satisfaction
- Adhere to consulting operations guidelines and quality standards, and prepare routine reports
- Serve as consultant on projects based on expertise and client need
- Support Associate Relations activities by identifying and qualifying potential Associates, maintaining ongoing communication with Associates, performing project and annual evaluations, participating in the TCG Associate Leadership Conference, and monitoring Associates satisfaction
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for other TCG services: Executive Search, Products, and CHEX eLearning
- Serve as expert resource for service/product development
- Attend industry trade shows as requested
- Present at conferences, workshops etc. based on expertise
- Participate in TCG’s regular sales team and management meetings
- Maintain and enhance industry knowledge and experience
- Communicate and document relevant client, project, Associate, and company information using TCG database, E-mail and messaging capabilities
- Adhere to TCG policies and processes as outlined in the Employment Handbook
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years recent experience in home health and/or hospice management
- Post graduate degree in health care, business administration, or nursing
- Demonstrated organizational and team management skills
- Customer service focus
- Exemplary written and oral communication skills
- Exemplary report writing, editing, and proofreading sills
- Flexibility to travel regularly
- Experience in health care consulting preferred
