Minimum Position Qualifications: 1. Associates Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. 2. License to practice as an occupational therapy assistant within the state of MI
Position Summary: Provides Occupational Therapy services to patients by assisting in the assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation and communication. Functions under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist. Adheres to applicable principles and practices of occupational therapy, Innovative Senior Care policies and procedures and state regulations
