Director of Home Health Professional ServicesInnovative Senior Care, part of Brookdale Senior Living, has an outstanding opportunity for a RN to serve as the Director of Home Health Professional Services to oversee the day to day operations of their home health agency located on site at their upscale retirement community in Boston, MA.
The ISC Home Health Director of Nursing, DON, is a registered nurse with a bachelor's degree and at least two years of home health experience, who is responsible for the clinical operations of the agency which includes planning, organizing, developing and directing the management and administration of the agency in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations, standards, and guidelines as well as agency policies and procedures. Performs all functions in a professional and ethical manner and collaborates with other members of the health care team to ensure the provision of quality patient care.
