Therapy Coordinator Needed for Beautiful Senior Living Communities in Northwest, IN! Outpatient & Home Health Settings! Must be an OT or PT! Innovative Senior Care (ISC), of Brookdale Senior Living, (BKD) has a great full-time career opportunity for a Therapy Coordinator (must be OT or PT) overseeing the outpatient and home health therapy in our upscale retirement communities located in Northwest, Indiana. Our comprehensive rehabilitation, wellness and education services include Medicare-certified outpatient physical, occupational and speech therapy. ISC professionals deliver therapy and rehabilitation services under the umbrella of our proprietary CARE3 Wellness Program. A comprehensive therapy and wellness system, CARE3 integrates both proactive and reactive services to help seniors enhance their health and fitness, and retain or improve their independence. CARE3 Wellness Program is primarily preventive in nature and uses a holistic approach that treats both symptoms and underlying causes of pain and debility. It goes far beyond traditional therapy to include massage therapy, chair yoga and Tai Chi, as well as health education and group exercise classes.
