As the Reimbursement Supervisor with Gentiva, you will: *Supervise and coordinate department activities, policies and procedures with other operations, sales, and marketing personnel. *Maintain contact with insurance companies and administrators of state and federal programs as a company liaison and troubleshooter of exceptional reimbursement problems. *Maintain provider manuals, patient information updates, and various logs essential to the patient clearance and billing process. *Maintain ongoing knowledge of regulations, policies and procedures of State, Federal, and other third party reimbursement programs. *Assist in resolving insurance or billing problems. *Review and approve order entry order verification (OEOV) and ensure invoicing in a timely manner. *Supervise billing, collection, and quality control functions and make specific recommendations to the Director of Reimbursement Services and ensure that monthly and weekly closing is completed. Qualifications *High School Diploma or the equivalent *A minimum of three years progressively responsible and relevant reimbursement experience generally required *Effective communications skills Benefits We recognize people as our most valuable asset.
