Seacrest Village Retirement Communities ("SVRC") and Generations Management Group ("GMG") located in San Diego, and Heritage Pointe located in Orange County currently provides a range of healthcare services, including independent, assisted living, dementia, skilled nursing, rehabilitation care and therapy. We have proudly served and expanded our communities in San Diego and Orange County for 60+ years. We embrace the philosophy of ensuring our clients' health care needs are met through the provision of compassionate professional care in our communities.

We are looking for an experienced Director of Home Care with start-up assistance and for on-going leadership in a home care business that will serve clients residing in both San Diego and Orange County.
Requirements:
Our ideal candidate will have experience in starting up a homecare business plus
• Five-ten years experience in operating, directing, managing, and supervising a home care business and staff;
• Comprehensive understanding of accounting, finance and human resources and potential for reimbursement
• Clinical expertise including the ability to provide client medical assessments
• LVN or RN license preferred; In lieu of licenses will consider candidate with a maximum amount of experience in the homecare business or will consider a candidate who has experience and
a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Health Care Administration or Business.

Responsibilities:
• Oversees staff and is responsible for hiring, employee relations, promotions, and salary administration
• Policy/Procedure and Business development, strategic planning, budget management, regulatory compliance.
• Develop and implement a census strategy that allows the organization to grow services in area market.

Skills:
•Candidate must possess highly developed interpersonal communication and customer service skills and a genuine willingness to interact positively with clients, staff and a board of directors.
•Leadership means proven ability to positively manage and motivate staff to explain change and unify diverse constituencies and to establish by example and standards, a high level of performance.
