Home Health Executive Director - Home Health Care Management Job Responsibilities The Home Health Executive Director is responsible for the administration of the day-to-day operations of the home care facilities. This includes: coordinating and completing assigned projects to effectively support the immediate and long range objectives of the company; oversight of the eligibility of patients referred to home care services, planning for the services to be provided to patients and supervising their total home health care; implementing and maintaining administrative practices, agency philosophy, goals, and policies which assure compliance with applicable state and federal regulations; enhancing the profitability of the agency; and providing motivation and retention of a qualified staff and assure the quality of services delivered.In addition, this position will be responsible for the leadership and accountability of the sales staff. Coaches, develops, and retains a high performing sales team through motivation, focus, constructive feedback, and recognition. This position also acts as a liaison with management staff and other departments throughout the company.
Home Health Executive Director - Home Health Care Management As a Home Health Executive Director with LHC Group, you must understand the financial and operational data of your home health agency. You must have excellent communication and multitasking skills, be able to advocate for both patients and employees and have the skills to balance the interests of the company and the people we serve. You must be an independent decision maker and be able to manage people in a motivational and constructive way, as well solve financial and quality control related problems.
