Position Summary: Provides and directs Speech Language Pathology services to patients including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation and communication. Functions under physicians' orders. Adheres to applicable principles and practices of speech language pathology, Innovative Senior Care policies and procedures and state regulations.
