Nurse Practioner - nj Our client is a growing palliative care program who is seeking a Nurse Practioner to service exsisting clients as well as assist in obtaining new referrals. This position allows for flexibilty in scheduling as well as an autonomous work environment. Responsibilities include collaboration with a physician, and other palliative care team members, to deliver palliative care and related health care services to patients and their families. The service area includes Atlantic and Cape May Counties.
