| Job Description: |
- Reviews operations, clinical processes, and possible adverse trends/concerns within regions and assists in the development of resolutions by Director of Nurses.
- Reports to Division Vice President on operational and clinical concerns.
- Oversees the PI coordination in aggregating QI data from region. Reviews Director of Nurses' follow-up and documentation of all occurrences, complaints, negative trends, performance improvement issues and concerns.
- Supports Director of Nurses to ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory issues affecting assigned locations
- Communicates to Divisional Vice President all risk management , patient care, corporate compliance, operations, financial, and regulatory issues affecting the assigned locations.
- Works in conjunction with all departments at Home Office to educate and improve issues in the assigned locations.

Job Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in state of responsibility
- Five years of full time experience in home health
- Must have computer skills, business machine skills, business and financial knowledge, management skills, and good communications skills
- This position requires travel
