Our client is an established and stable Hospice Agency. They are currently seeking a Director of Professional Services to be responsible for the overall clinical operations of their hospice agency in Columbia, SC. This will involve budgetary, management, leading the activities of the nursing team, providing clinical direction, and ensuring growth & profitability of the agency. Candidates who are passionate about providing quality care and can work in a team oriented environment are encouraged to apply. You must be an RN in SC with previous hospice experience (BSN preferred) and have some supervisory experience. You must be able to interactive well people and mentor and educate your staff in a fast-paced environment. We will consider someone who is currently a Supervisor or Manager that is ready to move into a Director level position as their next career step. The salary range is $70k-$80K, plus an outstanding quarterly bonus, and full benefits. |
