Our client is a stable and growing Home Health Services organization seeking a Manager, Clinical Services for their busy, successful Columbus, OH location. Your primary responsibilities will involve compliance, staffing, and clinical oversight of patients. We are seeking an RN with at least 2-3 year of Management experience (home care preferred). You must also have solid knowledge of home care regulatory requirements, experience in performance improvement philosophies & measurement systems, experience in budgeting & financial performance, and be Certified in ICD-9 coding and OASIS, or be willing to obtain these certifications within the first 2 years of employment. The company offers a base salary in the $60k-$65K range with a lucrative and attainable bonus opportunity, full benefits, and relocation assistance |
