Our client is a stable and growing Home Health and Hospice Agency with locations in several states. They are currently seeking a Branch Administrator for their Norfolk, VA area agency. You will be responsible for all programs and services and will be accountable for the agency's revenue and growth including clinical, QA, billing, new program development, Administration, etc. You MUST be an RN (BSN preferred) and will have clinical responsibilities, but you should also have a thorough understanding of financial & budgets, in order to take the business where it needs to go. A solid understand of JCHAO, Medicare and state and federal regulations is required. The position reports to the VP of Operations and will have a staff of around 20 employees (Clinical Managers, Dir. of Bus. Dev, etc..). The salary range is $80K - $100K, plus bonus and relocation assistance if needed.
