Our client, a stable and growing Home Health Services organization, is seeking an Agency Administrator for their successful Springfield, MO agency location. This position also has administrative responsibility for 3 other smaller MO branch locations. You will be responsible for all programs and services and will be accountable for the agency's revenue and growth. You MUST be an RN and will have clinical responsibilities, but you must also have a thorough understanding of the financial side, in order to take the business where it needs to go. A solid understand of Medicare and state and federal regulations is required. This could be a great opportunity for someone at the Director level who is ready to make the next step in their career progression. Candidates with Hospice will be considered. The salary range is to $80K, plus bonus. Relocation assistance available.
