Innovative Senior Care (ISC) has a full-time area management opportunity managing therapy, wellness and home health in our upscale retirement communities throughout the Dayton and Cincinnati area.

Innovative Senior Care (ISC) uses therapy and wellness techniques to provide lifestyle enhancements to residents of senior living communities. Our services enable residents to live better by helping them to be safer, healthier, more mobile and more vibrant at any age or level of health and fitness. Our comprehensive rehabilitation, wellness and education services include Medicare-certified outpatient physical, occupational and speech therapy.

Must be a licensed Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Speech Language Pathologist or a Registered Nurse

Position requires active OH license
Previous area management or multi-site management experience a Must. 

IL/AL and Home Health Management Experience
Program Development and Caseload Building for staff

Will relocate the right candidate for this position.
