Innovative Senior Care, part of Brookdale Senior Living, has an outstanding opportunity for a RN to serve as the Director of Home Health Professional Services / Home Healthcare Administrator to oversee the day to day operations of our home health agency located in Tualatin, OR servicing the Portland and greater Portland area within our upscale senior living retirement communities.
$3000.00 SIGN ON BONUS
The ISC Director of Home Health Professional Services (Supervising Nurse) is a registered professional nurse (RN) with at least 2 years experience in a similar role, who is accountable for the clinical operational efficiencies and the quality healthcare outcomes through effective leadership and management of the Assistant Director of Nursing and RN Case Managers as well as the healthcare team. The Director of Home Health Professional Services (Supervising Nurse) fulfills the role of nursing director.
